can you dometic 300 toilet with spray hose not hooked up

Since the Dometic 300 Weekender RV Toilet # DOM64FR does not have a hand sprayer normally you can absolutely install it without the hand-sprayer # DOM75FR.
This hand-sprayer can be added after the fact if you decided you wanted one in the future.
