I went out into our warehouse and took some dimensions off of the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned Pintle Hook Combo w/ 3 Nickel-Plated Balls # PH2 that should allow you to determine if it would work on your 2014 Jeep Wrangler and clear the spare tire.
From the center of the hitch pin to the nearest upright portion of the ball mount measures 5 inches, the first step of the ball mount measures 3-3/4 inches tall and the overall height of the curved portion is 6-1/2 inches.
I attached a picture that shows these measurements also.
You would want to measure the distance from the center of the hitch pin on the hitch of your 2014 Wrangler out to the furthest point out on your rear bumper and then up to the spare tire to see how much clearance you would need.
