Can I parts for a mirror set KS3990 I bought from you last year? The straps fell off of one of the mirrors.

Yes, The Replacement Ratcheting Straps for K-Source Universal Towing Mirror # KS3891STR are a direct replacement for the mirrors you purchased last year.
The straps have a heavy duty rubber construction and have rubber pads on the straps that protect the mirrors housing from scratches. This kit includes 2 straps.
