Are you only installing the #LC82FR (500731)? To replace your 500210 you will need the full kit #LC359259. There are also wiring changes you will have to make at the pump assembly before it will work. After speaking with Lippert it sounds like this…

Sounds like the control panel was fried when the dealer messed up the wiring. Only solution will be an all new control panel with the part #LC359259 which we have confirmed fits the now discontinued Power Gear 500210 leveling system.
