I have a 2019 Chevy 2500 with a BandW Companion 5th wheel hitch BWRVK3770, my question is, is a gooseneck adapter available for this set-up? I am looking for an adapter that will attach to my existing hitch, so that I can tow a gooseneck trailer. My truck doesn't have the hole in the center of the bed for a gooseneck ball.

We have 2 ways to accomplish this; you can either replace your current gooseneck coupler with an adapter piece like the Bulldog # BD0289590300, or you can use the Adapter Rails # C47BR with the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16055 to get a gooseneck hitch ball for your trailer to attach to.
The former will be most cost-effective when it comes to purchasing the products but the latter will be a bit easier because you won't be modifying your gooseneck coupler so it really boils down to what road you want to take.
