No Power to 12 Volt or Brake Pin on Curt 7-Way C68JR

Hey plugged In like it says and Im not getting power to 12 volt pin or for the pin that runs the power brakes any suggestions?

It is very, very likely that the issue with no power to the 12 volt pin of the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # C68JR is due to a fuse either having been blown or not inserted, so definitely start there.
Make sure the fuse that came with it is properly inserted and check your owners manual to see if there needs to be a fuse for the 12 volt from the factory tow package. As for the brake pin, there won't be power there unless you have a brake controller and are utilizing the brakes or applying the manual override.
