What you're looking at is schedule 40 for the PVC fitting you asked about, the Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer - RV Gray Water - 3" Spigot to 2" Hub # T1041-2.
To install the # T1041-2 you will need the ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303.
