Access Limited Tonneau Cover Clamps on a 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 6-3/4" Bed

Question:
2022 Silverado has plastic bed rail caps that roll over into the inner side of the bed lip. Is this a problem for the clamps to stay tight?

The clamps that attach the Access Limited Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover item # A22419 on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 are large enough to account for the thin plastic that over hangs on the inner side of the rail. You'll be able to tighten them down to keep the entire system tight and firmly attached to your truck bed.
I have attached a picture below that will show the clamps being attached to the bedside of a Silverado with the plastic bed caps.
