You will not have any issues mounting the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12115 on your 2015 Buick LaCrosse with the dual exhaust. Since this receiver fits a large selection of Buick, Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles the installation notes will cover all the different vehicles but some steps like lowering the exhaust will not always be necessary. For your LaCrosse I do not see any need to lower the exhaust.
Curt recommends using their Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 for any hitch mounted accessories. If you plan on towing a small trailer you will need either their 2" Euro Style Drawbar # C45572 or 1-7/8" Euro Style Drawbar # C45571 to match the trailer coupler. A Hitch Pin and Clip # F-4 will secure the drawbar in the receiver. And finally a Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56098 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This will control the lights on small trailers using a 4-way and can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you have a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights.
