I just changed actuator do I need to tork my bolts on new actuator.

The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Drop and Electric Lockout # DM8204311 does not have a torque spec listed for it. Instead you'd need to determine what the hardware you used torque specs are and go with that.

If you torque the bolts to bolt specs it bends the frame inwards before you even reach torque. Why would yo do that? And it affects the movement of the surge from sliding.
