I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11424 for your 2017 Hyundai Elantra as long as it's a Sedan (excluding the Sport edition). I like the Curt hitches because they tend to have a thicker powder coat which helps to protect them longer. If you have a different model of the Elantra please let me know and I can make a different recommendation from the linked selection.

To complete a towing setup you also need wiring and a ball mount setup. I recommend picking up the Curt T-Connector Wiring # C56233 or the T-Connector Wiring # C56316 if you have a Sedan Limited. Then for the ball mount kit you might like something like the Curt Class II Euro Style Drawbar with 1-7/8" Ball # C45561 paired with the # F-4 pin and clip.
