For replacement hardware for your # e98847 you need the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK. You will need to enter e98847 in the "Hitch Item Number" field and then choose etrailer in the drop down menu under "Manufacturer." I went ahead and included an installation video on a 2015 Outback for your reference.
