If you're wanting to add on a ladder to your 2016 Forest River Wildwood M-27RKSS Travel Trailer then the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder w/ Hinges - Aluminum - 99-1/2" Tall x 12" Wide # LA-401 you were looking at would be a great option. This ladder is a universal fit that can easily be cut down to fit the height of your trailer.
I do recommend picking up some butyl tape # AL28FJ and some non-sag sealant # AL28KV to ensure that you don't have any water leaking in through your mounting screw holes. I also recommend reaching out to Forest River and seeing if you can get a dimensional drawing displaying the studs to make installation easy peasy.
