Tonneau Cover And Ladder Rack Recommendation For A 2017 Toyota Tacoma With Deck Rail System

Question:

Hi, My 4 door 2017 Tacoma has a 6 foot bed and the Deck Rail System. If I install the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5868 can it slide back and forth like the Thule Tracrac SR? If I use the Deck Rail System to attach this rack can I still also use the RetraxONE XR # RTT-60852 tonneau cover with it?

Yes, if you use the Deck Rail System to attach The RetraxONE XR # RTT-60852 you can still use The Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5868 as well. This is the only tonneau cover and ladder rack combination that will work on your 2017 Toyota Tacoma.

I recommend The RetraxONE # RTT-60852 over other covers because it slides open instead of folding up and it is lockable in any position.

The OverHaul HD # Y01151-5868 comes with adapters that will fit the ladder rack to your trax rails. The ladder rack is adjustable along the trax rails, and also has different height adjustments to accommodate the different load lengths that you may use.

You will also need The Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155 to attach the rack to the cover.
