Can Just Rear Axle Brakes of 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106DS be Replaced

Question:
Since the trailer has two axles and only the drivers rear brake is seizing under load, can I replace JUST the rear axle brakes and still have balanced breaking with four breaks under load?

Yes, you can replace the assemblies of one axle on a tandem axle trailer without any issue. The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Assemblies part # 23-468-469 are the correct set for your 2018 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2106DS since we know it has 3,500 lb trailer axles.
