Any chance same hitch model will work for both ?

You will need a different receiver for both the 2017 Nissan Rogue and 2017 Nisan Murano. These vehicles have a different chassis and fascia that will not allow for them to use the same receivers.

For your 2017 Nissan Rogue I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98846. This receiver has a 2" opening for a larger variety of hitch mounted accessories and ball mounts. The matte black powder coat finish matches well with the fascia on your Rogue. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118480 will give you a 4-way flat connector.

I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75952 for your 2017 Nissan Murano. This is also a 2" receiver but it does come with a rating for weight distribution hitches which are best for larger trailers like a camper. It has a welded tab for the wiring. You will be able to secure the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118660 with a Mounting Bracket # 18144 to the receiver.
