looking for similar gustafson 277-000343 but its just under 3inch wide housing and 1inch deep

The closest option we have to the # 277-000343 with a 3" W x 1" D housing dimensions would be the Glantastic LED RV Puck Light # 328-K-58L34P9 with it's 3-3/8" W x 3/4" housing dimensions. This means you would need to trim out the cutout hole an extra 3/8" for the light to properly fit.
If you don't want to cut the hole larger you could just stick with the # 277-000343 since it will fit within your cutout and still cover it since the cover has a 3-1/2" diameter.
