Are the Yakima Heavy Duty Shocks for Rack n Roll Trailers Adjustable

Are these shocks adjustable and how do you adjust them? Thanks!

The Yakima Rack n Roll trailer shocks # Y08110 have 4 inches of vertical adjustability. To adjust them you will need to turn the bottom-most orange piece. There are several notches and turning the orange part clockwise makes them longer. I have included a picture pointing out this orange piece for you.
