1 left jack and 1 right jack won’t come down, do you have any suggestions

There are a couple of things you can check to determine why your leveling jacks are not extending on your 1999 Tiffin Allegro Bus.
The first thing I would check is your motor. I recommend using a multimeter # PT89ZR to check the voltage of the motor. You should see a reading of 12V, if you don't then your motor isn't getting the adequate amount of power and is the reason why your jack won't extend.
At that point you're going to need to look for a fault in your wiring and replace where it's needed. You're going to want to check your ground connections as well, as a loose or bad ground may also be the culprit.
If your wiring checks out, then before moving on, I also recommend checking your house batteries that they are fully charged as well.
Another thing you can check is that the fluid reservoir is filled to the recommended level. Low fluid is often overlooked, and is the simplest fix for stuff like this.
If your fluid is low, then you'll want to fill it with the recommended fluid, and check for functionality.
If you're still having trouble after trying this, feel free to come back and we can continue to troubleshoot.
