I have a heartland north trail 21 and I think my seal on the top of my slide out is going bad what do you suggest I could get to replace it

To determine the correct slide out seal for your 2021 Heartland RV North Trail Travel Trailer you'll need to remove a portion of the current seal to see how it attaches and measure how wide it is.
The Rubber Wiper Seal and Bulb for RV Slide Out # SR98FR you were looking at is a great option for a top seal and applies using the adhesive backing, but I still recommend shooting a few screws in to ensure it stays in place. That being said I do still recommend checking what you already have in place to see if we can match it. If you send in some pictures I can get a better idea of what will fit best for your application.
