How Many Locks Come with Roadmaster StowMaster and StowMaster All-Terrain Combo Kit

The description and photos show 2 locks, for the quick release pins. The video for the RM-9252 shows a third lock for the coupler on the Stowmaster, is that lock included in this kit? And if yes, are all three keyed alike?

I checked with Roadmaster and the Roadmaster StowMaster and StowMaster All-Terrain Combo Kit # RM-9252 that you referenced does come with three locks like you asked about and they are all keyed alike.
