For electric operation and heated towing mirrors for a 2000 Dodge Ram you will need # KS60179-80C. This mirrors fit in place of the factory mirrors and will retain the electric and heat options. If you were to get him these mirrors, you would quite possibly be the best - girlfriend - ever.
The mirror you referenced, # KS60113C, will not fit a 2000 Dodge Ram. It fits certain models between 2002 and 2009.
