will the c607-661 fit on a 2011 ram 5500 it will be getting a flat bed installed on it the fitment guide only went to 3500 but im thinking it should pretty much the same chassie and can you get different size ball hitch Thank you for your time

I do have an available option for you but there is no direct fit gooseneck applications for a 2011 Ram 5500 since they don't come with standard truck beds. Instead you can use The B&W Turnoverball UnderBed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch For Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 and have a fabrication install this for you.
The trailer hitch has a gross towing weight up to 30,000 pounds and has a vertical load limit of 7,500 pounds. I recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity of your truck.
The hitch has a raw finish steel construction and was made in the USA.
