We do have a replacement option for you. I was able to locate the measurements of your lock using the numbers you provided.

- 5" wide x 4-1/2" tall x 1-1/2" thick

The Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 has the same measurements and will work as a replacement option for your Trimark 12054-37.
