Hello Replacement Control Plate for MaxxFan Roof Vent MA05-20226K I don’t have a keypad on mine and there are holes for it on this replacement. Do you have one like my picture below or is there a sticker that covers that part like pictured Model 4951ksc

I was able to confirm with MaxxAir that the Replacement Control Plate for MaxxFan Roof Vent part # MA05-20226K is correct for a MaxxAir Vent Fan Model 4951KSC. The key pad holes are only used on certain models so if yours does not have this they will not be needed. It does not come with any stickers but you will transfer all your old components to the new plate.
