We do have an identical Ladder Rack but the item # TH43002XT-501 you referenced is for a Ram truck. You will want the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-501. This ladder rack is custom fit to your 2016 Ford F-150 Super Crew with the 6-1/2' bed.
We also have the Cantilever Extension for Thule Ladder Racks item # TH24001XT that extends this ladder rack over the roof of your truck for extra support.
