I recommend using the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-226 for towing your boat and carrying a bike rack. This hitch fits a 2" receiver and gives you 6 stacked 2" receivers to get the separation you need to be able to tow your boat and carry the bike rack. It is capable of supporting up to 2,000lbs of tongue weight and tow up to 16,000lbs.
The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-10 is only certified to be used with flat towing purposes. You should not use it for towing a boat trailer.
