I currently have a B&W Companion hitch, model # RVB3700. I just purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD High Country with standard bed length. So Q. 1, will the BandW hitch base model #: BWRVB3775 work with my OEM installed hitch pucks and Q2, will that base work with the model # head unit I have?

The B&W Companion Base # BWRVB3700 you currently have would be using the Companion Head # BWRVC3006 which is compatible with the B&W Companion Slider Base # BWRVB3775 that you're going to be using with your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500.
