Can I tow a 5th wheel using my 2020 Ram 2500 with a RAM Box configuration? I would like to know what is the best setup. What to look for and what not to look for. I was told towing 5th is tricky with RAM Boxes and this is why you cant get a 5th wheel package from the factory.

Yes, you can absolutely use a 5th wheel hitch with your 2020 Ram 2500 6-1/2' bed with RAM Boxes!
The only catch is, you're going to need to use a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR. This pin box will allow your 5th wheel to rotate, and give your enough clearance to not interfere with your Ram Boxes.
For an installation kit, I recommend going with the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2602.
