Hello, Looking for a galvanized hub kit for my 40 year old boat trailer. The spindle is 1inch , 8 inch wheels - 5-4.5. I do not know the weight, my boat is 1500 lbs also would like the bearing buddy w or similar inner and outer bearing numbers are L44643 Thank you

When it comes to replacing the hub and drums on your 40 year old boat trailer I recommend TheCE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly w/ Case for 2.5K Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized - Pre-Greased # CE13215.
This trailer hub and drum has a sturdy iron construction which has a galvanized finish which offers excellent corrosion resistance. It has a zinc plating on the lug nuts, cotter pin, and grease cap that helps to limit corrosion. Everything is included in this pre-greased, marine-grade hub.
When it comes to the bearing buddies I recommend The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors - Model 1980A-SS w/ Auto Check - Stainless Steel (Pair) # BB1980A-SS this will fit the hub and drum mentioned above.
