Can I add blue marine grease to these with my bearing buddies or should I match the grease that is in them.

Unless you want to completely clean out every bit of grease you will need to stick to a LMX red grease like item # L11390 that comes with the CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # CE13515. You can use your blue marine grease but you can't mix the two.

It is acceptable and highly water insoluble so it is great for boat trailers. Grease like the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease #L11390 is a lithium complex. The same is true for Lucas Red N Tacky which means they are compatible.
