While we have the exact model you need, I confirmed with GCH Automotive that the Custom Third Brake Light Camera # 3460005 does not fit your 2012 Ford F-250.
With that being said, the correct model you need is the # 3460009. This is designed to work with your 2012 Ford F-250. This model also comes with the 4.3" rear view mirror screen.
