You are correct that you will need a whole new "fuse block". The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4045KA will work for this purpose.
The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4045KA needs cut out dimensions of 10-3/4" long x 7-1/4" tall for installation. If this will not fit for your needs, please provide me with some more information on what you are needing and I would be happy to help you further.
