Question:
Good morning, For axle-less suspensions where is the proper mounting point to the trailer frame as the wheel is offset from the attachment points. Im used to doing attachment points at 40 of the overall length from the rear of the trailer with axled trailers, would these be different?

For axle-less suspensions like the # TASR5200S05 or the # TASR7KS01, there are a couple things that determine where you install your axles. The first thing you need to do is make sure that the frame is perfectly square. Secondly, you need to measure the distance from the hitch to the rear left corner and rear right corner of the frame. Ideally, these 2 measurements should have a difference of less than 1/8". I went ahead and attached a diagram and the written description from the instructions for your convenience.
After this, you can center the spindles in order to have the left and right wheels in the same location. With the location of the spindles in relation to the frame, this determines the proper mounting location for your wheels. Depending on what your offset is, you can factor in the offset with the location of the spindles on the trailer.
I also attached a helpful installation video to give you further perspective.
