Hello, I bought a Swagman XTX4 bike rack and one of the arms that holds the tire hoops has bent significantly. Do you sell a replacement?

Judging by the part you asked from, I believe you are referring to the Swagman XTC4 # S64665. If this is what you meant, the correct replacement arms you need are the Replacement Crossbars for Swagman XTC4 Bike Carrier # SP330. These are designed to work with the # S64665.
