The Malone MicroSport Trailer with Saddle Style Carriers for 2 Kayaks - 800 lbs # MPG461GU is 13'3" long with the tongue attached. The tongue is 90" long so removing it would leave you with 5'9" of trailer sitting up for storage.
The wheel size isn't going to make a difference in the trailer performance when comparing the two. Although the # Y08107 has larger wheels, the overall height of the trailer is actually less when compared to the MicroSport.
The MicroSport comes with a spare which is something the # Y08107 doesn't have. The Rack and Roll has a lower capacity but can be towed at the posted speed limit where the MicroSport is limited to 65 mph.
Also, since it sounds like you would be carrying kayaks, the MicroSport comes with carriers already. They would need to be purchased separately for the Rack and Roll.
