For a kayak trailer that can hold 2 kayaks and is made in the USA you can use the Malone MegaSport Kayak Trailer - 86" Crossbars - 1,000 lbs # MPG535 you were looking at. Keep in mind, this does not come with any kayak carriers so you would need to add them separately.
If you would prefer an option that comes with carriers, you could use the Malone MicroSport Trailer with V-Style Carriers for 2 Kayaks - 800 lbs # MPG461GS. This has a maximum capacity of 150 lbs per boat and a maximum boat length of 20'. It also comes with licensing and registration paperwork along with a 5-year warranty.
I have attached some review videos along with a link to all of our 2 kayak trailers that you can check out. All of the Malone trailers are made in the USA.
