I’m looking at your Yakima Height Adjustable rack, code: Y01151-58. What does this include in the package? Bed mount 4x, vertical support 4x, cross bars 2x? The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-58 does include the 4 adjustable towers, 4 feet with mounting hardware, and 2 crossbars just like you stated. It works with both 5' and 6' beds of the 2022 Toyota Tacoma but is for models without deck rails.

Since you have deck rails you'll instead have to use a different adjustable ladder rack like the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB-THXK4B.
