looking for tires/rims for a starcraft autumn ridge outfitter 18 qb tire: 205/75R14 rim : 14 5x5 Would a rim size 14 5x4.5 work ? Thank You

The narrowest rim width that a 205/75-14 can fit on is 5 inches so a 14 by 4.5 inch wide wheel would not work for you. You'd need to go with something wider like the Dexstar Mini Mod # AM20363 which is 5-1/2 inches wide.
