Is there a Replacement for Dexter Nev-R-Lube Hub 008-386-80

Question:

is there a replacement hub and drum for this spindle that had a 35 mm neverlube cartridge 3500# 35mm cartridge

I checked with Dexter and they indicate that for hub 008-386-80: "Available for service parts only." Meaning the actual hub assembly is not available but parts for it are such as the 35mm cartridge bearing # 31-72-3. There isn't a way to use a regular hub on a Nev-R-Lube set up without replacing the axles.
