You will need the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085 for your 2022 Ram 3500 with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1320. This offset ball is rated for towing up to 20,000lbs with 5,000lbs maximum tongue weight.
The 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Dodge Ram 1500 # BWGNXA4685 that you found is only to be used on the Hitch # BWGNRK1309 that fits certain 2009 and newer Ram 1500 trucks. The shank receiver is shorter on these trucks so it uses different accessories.
