Can I still ad it to my tank if it is full?

The Camco TastePure Drinking Water Freshener part # CAM40206 needs to be mixed properly and with the correct ratio to remain safe for drinking. Therefore, I must recommend following the manufactures instructions of filling the tank 1/4 full then pouring in the solution based on the tanks capacity. This will ensure the proper mixing occurs.
