What about the first part of question of lift for rv to level with truck. As you can see in previous email how it on top already.

To gain a little extra height from your tandem axle trailer you'd want the part # RR23QX which will give you a lift of 2-1/4 inches. This will give you the extra height you are looking for and will prevent the tires from rubbing on your fenders.

The lift kit part # RR23QX that I mentioned is a lift kit that fits your RV that will give it 2-1/4 inch of lift over what you already acquired with the axle over-under kit that you already installed. This add height through the suspension hangers.
