What Wire For Advent Air RV Air Conditioner Provides 12 Volt DC To Thermostat

Question:
I installed an advent 1500BTU air conditioner on my RV. I purchased a control box and a thermostat, everything was purchased from etrailer. I have 120V going to the air conditioner, and I read where it said that 12V should be coming out of the control box. I am not getting any 12V reading from the control box to run the thermostat, how do I fix this issue? Any advise/help you can give me will be greatly apricated.

For the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner, # ACM150C, the 12 Volt DC output to thermostat is the red wire with white stripe. Ensure you have a solid ground for the green thermostat wire.
