What should i torque the self tapping screws mounting the ball plate to the trailer frame for a curt 17200 sway bar kit? Thanks!

Self tapping screws like the ones used in the Curt Friction Sway Control for Weight Distribution Systems # 17200 aren't meant to be torqued down. Simply drilling them into the frame until they pull the bracket tight against the frame is all you'll need to do.
