For your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with 6'6" bed you can use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16419-204. This will provide you with a set of Industry Standard Rails (ISR) to use a 5th wheel hitch like the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541 or any other 5th wheel hitch that attaches to Industry Standard Rails.
You can also add the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56001 to make hooking up your 5th wheels wiring easier. This harness will move a 7-way connector into the bed of your truck while retaining the use of the 7-way at the rear of your truck.
