Replacement Alert System For Original Brake Buddy Braking System

Question:
I have an older model Brake Buddy from a friend that I used with my Class C. It came with a small transmitter or receiver that I didnt use because of lack of knowledge. I have upgraded to a Class A and it came with a Patriot wireless unit in the RV but not the unit for the Toad. Is there any way to use the Patriot with the Break Buddy? And/or is there a way to upgrade the Break Buddy so I can verify the functions from the RV? What other options might I might have? Thank you in advance. I purchased a base plate for my toad from you about 3 years ago and installed it myself. Great instructions and customer service. We made a trip to Canada and back to Mississippi Gulf coast via the Oregon Trail without any trouble thanks to you!

For your Brake Buddy you will need the Replacement Alert System # BB28MR to be able to monitor the brake buddy in your flat towed vehicle. The Patriot system does not have a way to work with your Brake Buddy. The receiver will Illuminates when system is activated, flash when car battery drops to below 10 volts and will give off an audible alert during breakaway.
