Can I order a spacer block and pull wire for this hitch? The spacer block is for a 1/2- 13 NFC carriage bolt. I lost one and need another.

For the fish wire, we have the Curt Fish Wire Bolt Leader # C58400 which will work great for your 1/2-13 carriage bolts.
However, as far as a spacer block is concerned for your Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13379, you're going to need to use # RHK to order a new set of hardware which will include the spacer block you need, as it is not offered separately.
