I have a towmaster explorer and need the jeep side mount brackets of a 1420-1 kit are they available seperately? I have the mounts on my towbar

The Roadmaster base plate kit part # 1420-1 is the correct fit for your 1999 Jeep Wrangler and it is only sold as a complete kit with both the removable arms and the portion that attaches to the vehicle frame.
