For replacing wheels and tires on your 2001 Starcraft 2105, there are a few things that you need to do. The first thing to do is identify the tire size you currently have on your trailer. These are the three numbers that are mentioned in the attached help article entitled "How to Determine Tire/Wheel Diameter" linked below. Secondly, we need to know the bolt pattern of your so we can get the correct replacement that fits your hubs. I went ahead and attached a help article that walks you through the process of measuring to confirm your bolt pattern. There is also a super helpful print-out template for you to use.
As far as identifying what wheel bearings you need, that requires a different process. The easiest way to determine the replacement bearings you need is by removing the tires/wheels. Once the tires and wheels are removed, you need to remove the hub from the spindle on your axle. After the hub is removed, you need to either identify the number that is on the rim of the bearing itself or measure the inner/outer diameter of the inner and outer bearing.
I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows where the bearings are located on the spindle as well as how to locate/measure the bearings.
Once you determine what measurements you have, feel free to respond and I will be happy to recommend you the parts you need.
